After having a new hard drive installed on this laptop, I transferred the few pictures that where on my iPhone .   I'll try to piece together a little of of our travels in the month of July.
Picture
A great show at the Alaskan Cultural Center in Fairbanks. These young people from all over Alaska worked very hard showing the traditional and modern dance of their nations.
Picture
Mural on the wall at the Santa House in North Pole, AK.
Picture
The best tamales we ever had at a corner kiosk in North Pole, AK.
Picture
View along the Dalton Highway.
Picture
The Dalton Hwy., from Fairbanks to the Arctic Circle is 170 miles, continuing on from there takes you to the Arctic Ocean. We drove 120 miles pass the circle to Galbreth and tented at Coldfoot station. We didn't get all the way to the ocean.
Picture
Arriving at Coldfoot camp after a day on the Dalton.
Picture
View from Finger Mt.
Picture
A stone from a haul truck got the windshield, they say you're not a true Alaskan traveler without a cracked window. It has spidered all over the passenger side now, but we'll wait until we get back to MT. to replace it.
Good night for now,   Dave and Barb
